The training program aims to develop a commercial approach to rabbit meat products for Rural Improvement Club (RIC) members of Brgy. Makapilapil by transferring the technology of rabbit Longanisa and promoting sustainable growth in business opportunities. The Key speakers, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐕. 𝐉𝐚𝐨, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐒. 𝐌𝐜𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐭 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐂. 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 shared their expertise on entrepreneurship, management, leadership, marketing and production.
Additionally, the program seeks to foster awareness of gender and development issues, empowering members to understand the complexities of gender equality and encouraging them to actively work towards creating more inclusive and equitable environments.
