BASC's Palayamanan Project Phase 2 Reorientation

ππππ πππ βThe project team leading the ongoing extension project titled “Sustainability of Diversified and Integrated Rice-Based Farming System (Palayamanan Project) in Upland and Rainfed Areas of Central Luzon” has actively conducted a series of project reorientations with our partner Local Government Units (LGUs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and farmers in the region.
Today, June 25, 2024, Dr. Imelda Navarro, the project leader, along with Engr. Rhuelyn Ballaran, Dr. Anthony Ortega, and Mrs. Aisanne Marie McNatt, personally visited the Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO) of Bulacan and LGU Norzagaray. They initiated discussions about their plans and the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA).
At PAO Bulacan, the Project Management Team (PMT) discussed the project objectives and its previous accomplishments with Ma. Gloria SF. Carrillo, the Provincial Agriculturist of Bulacan.
Meanwhile, at LGU Norzagaray, Bulacan, the PMT had discussions about the project’s objectives with Engr. Agapito T. Pascual, the Municipal Agriculturist of Norzagaray, Bulacan.
