San Ildefonso, Bulacan – The Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) community is bursting with pride as the results of the November 2025 Licensure Examination for Agriculturists (LEA) confirm that BASC indeed offers high standard tertiary education.

In a stunning display of academic excellence, 54 out of 68 BASC examinees passed, earning an impressive 79.41% passing rate—soaring well above the national passing rate of 68.56%. The examination, held from November 19–21, 2025, tested the mettle of aspiring agriculturists across the country, and when the results were released on December 2, 2025, BASC stood tall.

While the college narrowly missed the list of top-performing schools by a heartbreaking 0.6% (just one more passer!), the mood on campus remains triumphant. This year, the BASC College of Agriculture (CA) examinees pushed the boundaries of excellence, achieving an all-time high passing rate of 83.33% for first-time takers. This remarkable accomplishment reflects the sleepless nights, the rigorous fieldwork, and the unwavering determination of BASC students.

This milestone is a shared victory—a testament not only to the dedication of our students but also to the tireless support, mentorship, and commitment of the entire College of Agriculture family. From the faculty and staff to program chairs, advisers, and laboratory personnel, each one played a vital role in guiding, shaping, and preparing our future agriculturists for this proud moment. Their collective effort strengthens BASC’s long-standing commitment to academic excellence and agricultural innovation.
