A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement was executed between Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) and Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementers (PAEPI), Inc. to bind their partnership for the conduct of PAEPI’s International Extension Conference (IEC) 2024 at Maejo University, Changmai, Thailand on December 11-15, 2024.

The said MOA was signed by Dr. Jameson H. Tan representing BASC while Dr. Hermogenes M. Paguia, represented PAEPI, Inc. as its President.

Also present and who served as witnesses in the said activity are Dr. Imee D. Esguerra, Director of Extension Services; Dr. Lauro Nunez, Dean of the Institute of Arts and Sciences; and the wife of PAEPI, Inc. President, Dr. Rina Q. Paguia from Bataan Peninsula State University.
