College Goals

  1. Produce globally competitive graduates equipped with pedagogical knowledge and 21st century skills (communication, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, cross cultural understanding, computing technology, career and learning self-reliance).

  2. Model educators imbued with professional values, ethical standards, and social responsibilities in the larger communities.

  3. Develop graduates who are skilled in innovative research and active in meaningful community involvement.

 

Spirituality in the College of Education is an inclusive and non-secretarian approach that nurtures self-awareness, ethical values, compassion, and sense of purpose in future teachers, supporting holistic development and responsible professional practice.

  1. Develop students’ self-awareness, inner resilience, and well-being through reflective and contemplative practices that support personal and professional growth.

  2. Strengthen ethical values and character formation by integrating spirituality with integrity, empathy, and responsible decision-making in teaching practice.

  3. Promote inclusive understanding of spirituality that respects religious, cultural, and non-religious diversity in educational settings.

  4. Cultivate a sense of purpose, service, and holistic pedagogy by viewing teaching as a vocation committed to learner development and social responsibility.
