On September 20, 2024, the 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐂 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 continues to demonstrate its commitment to student success by initiating a virtual training session titled “𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐙: 𝐀 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬.” This initiative was designed to equip parents and guardians of Education students at BASC with the essential knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively support their children’s academic, emotional, and social growth throughout their educational journey.

The training was attended by approximately 500 parents and guardians of BASC Education students based on the recorded registration. Key speakers, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐑. 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨, 𝐑𝐋, 𝐌𝐋𝐈𝐒, 𝐌𝐀𝐂, and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐞𝐞 𝐁. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐑𝐏𝐦, 𝐑𝐆𝐂, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, delivered insightful sessions on practical approaches for enhancing academic performance, promoting well-being, fostering positive social relationships, and creating a nurturing environment that enables students’ holistic development.

The program was designed to offer parents actionable strategies to actively engage in their children’s career preparation as future educators. Additionally, the event marked the launch of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄, a new initiative introduced during the webinar aimed at further supporting student success and parental involvement.
